As you enter the lower floor foyer you arrive in a wet room storage area with lockers, perfect for keeping skis, boards, golf clubs and any other equipment. Also on this floor you will find two bedrooms one with two twin beds (or queen size) and the other with two sets of bunk beds, the bathroom is located opposite the rooms. The middle floor is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The living room has a gas fire, TV, DVD, CD stereo and wireless internet. The kitchen is complete with all the usual appliances including dishwasher and microwave, as well as granite surfaces and stainless appliance. The dining room will comfortably seat eight and there is outside decking with a BBQ. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom that has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and full ensuit bathroom with soaker tub. There is also private underground parking, an outdoor hot tub and laundry facilities. This property is the highest on Blackcomb mountain and is any skiers or borders dream in the winter due to its perfect ski in ski out location. Also with its stunning views and close proximity too many other activities it is an ideal holiday let the year round.
