The main entrance leads into an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a gas fire and reading snug offset from the room. There is also a bathroom with a stream shower and outside decking complete with BBQ. The modernly furnished kitchen is every cooks dream with stainless appliances, granite surfaces and an island. The dining room will seat six comfortably. In the living room there is a 25” flat screen TV with DVD, wireless internet and CD stereo, along with a number of artsy pieces to complete the décor. On the first floor a heated garage connects to a newly refurbished 1,200 square foot home entertainment centre equipped with a 65” LCD TV, blue ray player, surround sound and four leather lazy boys. There is also bedding set up for two twin beds and a laundry area. The upper third floor houses four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is set up with either a king size or 2 twin beds and has a full ensuit. Two further bedrooms are arranged in the same fashion with a bathroom opposite them. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen size bed as well as an ensuit.The property as a whole can be describe as one of Whistlers premier town houses in a prime location that can’t be beaten. With full ski in and ski out access, private parking and many or essential amenities to a fantastic holiday this place is hard to match.
